Dr. Nalin Ranjan Singh: After completing his secondary education in Science Group from Azamgarh,he opted for University of Allahabad for his higher education. He pursued his Post Graduation in Hindi Literature from Allahabad and later enrolled himself as a research scholar in the University of Lucknow.He has researched with the stories of renowned literator Amarkant regarding social aspects. The thesis is entitled ‘Amarkant ki Kahanio mein Chitrit Samaj’.At present he is appointed as an Assistant Professor in Jai Narain P.G.College, University of Lucknow.Apart from the primary responsibilities of his profession he is engrossed in research work focused on ‘Women & Dalit Studies’. He has established himself as an young critic & folklorist primarily concerned with the deprived classes of the society. He is also associated with Aakshvani & Doordarshan.He is editor of a famous journal named ‘WARIMA’.His edited book ‘anchlik lokgeet:ek vishleshan’ is published by seriels publication.
