Naresh Saxena has worked as Deputy Manager in Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam, Executive Director technology mission and several other posts and has retired. He has worked as Engineering Consultant in Asian Development Bank, Manila and has worked as expert in several national and international projects. He has produced and directed several short films and was awarded by National Award in 1991 for Film Direction. He has written scripts for several plays. His play ‘Aadmi ka Aa’ has been presented more than 5000 times in several Indian languages. He has been awarded by Pahal Samman, Shamsher Samman, Rituraaj Samman, Sahitya Bhooshan, Kavita Kosh Samman, Saroj Smriti Samman for literature. His poetries are mentioned in the course of several universities. His poetry collection consists of Samudra Par Ho Rahi Hai Baarish, Suno Charusheela, Chambal Ek Nadi Ka Naam etc.
