Degree of proficiency and excellence in Awadh, Nepali, English, Hindi languages. he has authored 16 books in Awadhi language,6 in Nepali.He was the Individual Consultant, UNESCO, Kathmandu, Nepal from 11 May 2010 to 30 December 2010, In view of improving the quality of literacy programs for Awadhi speaking people, in the context of education for all and with in the framework of the project entitled “Literacy for All : Empowerment and Poverty reduction in Post Conflict Nepal (Second Phase)”.
