Tata Consultancy Services, Asia’s premier IT services company, developed a software tool to aide combating the social problem of illiteracy as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility endeavor. This flashed based tool works on the principle of cognition and helps a native speaker of a language learn read and write in dramatically reduced time as compared to conventional methods. TCS avails this socially useful tool in nine Indian languages free of cost. This workshop is a part of LUCKNOW Society’s endeavor to help Hindustani speaking people of Lucknow learn read and write Urdu, which was conducted by Anas Khan.
